1. THE PARTIES / LAS PARTES

• THE PRINCIPAL (The Owner): [NOMBRE DEL CLIENTE], hereinafter referred to as "The Owner." THE AGENT (Representative): Alejandro Salvador Anchondo Pérez, acting on behalf of Orden Concierch.

• EL MANDANTE (El Titular): [NOMBRE DEL CLIENTE], en lo sucesivo "El Titular". EL MANDATARIO (Representante): Alejandro Salvador Anchondo Pérez, representando a Orden Concierch.

2. SCOPE OF AUTHORITY / ALCANCE DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN

• The Owner hereby grants Alejandro Salvador Anchondo Pérez the authority to collect, on the Owner's behalf, supplies and goods purchased by the Owner at the location(s) specified via email.

• It is expressly understood that Mr. Anchondo Pérez provides Cross-Border Logistics Services only. He is not the owner, seller, nor distributor of the goods, but merely the person designated to facilitate their physical transport and delivery.

• Por la presente, el Titular otorga a Alejandro Salvador Anchondo Pérez la autoridad para recoger, en representación del Titular, los suministros y bienes adquiridos por este último en los lugares indicados vía correo electrónico. Queda expresamente entendido que el Sr. Anchondo Pérez presta únicamente servicios de logística transfronteriza. No es el dueño, vendedor ni distribuidor de los bienes, sino simplemente la persona designada para facilitar su transporte físico y entrega.

3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & DECLARATIONS / CUMPLIMIENTO LEGAL Y DECLARACIONES

This mandate is executed in strict adherence to United States federal laws and regulations:

• Medications: Any medication transported is for personal use only and does not exceed a 90-day supply, strictly adhering to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) personal importation policies.

• Artisanal Goods: It is declared that no artisanal products transported herein represent a safety or health risk.

• Food Products: All food items are processed or vacuum-sealed. In compliance with CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) regulations, no live animals, animal by-products, or products containing seeds are included in this shipment.

Este mandato se ejecuta en estricto apego a las leyes y regulaciones federales de los Estados Unidos:

• Medicamentos: Cualquier medicamento transportado es para uso personal y no excede un suministro de 90 días, cumpliendo estrictamente con las políticas de importación personal de la FDA.

• Productos Artesanales: Se declara que ningún producto artesanal aquí transportado representa un riesgo para la salud o la seguridad.

• Alimentos: Todos los alimentos están procesados o empacados al vacío. En cumplimiento con las regulaciones de la CBP (Aduanas y Protección Fronteriza), no se incluyen animales vivos, derivados animales ni productos con semillas.

4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & CONSENT / FIRMA ELECTRÓNICA Y CONSENTIMIENTO

• The generation of this document, including the timestamp and the User’s IP address, constitutes a tacit authorization and electronic signature. This is legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and relevant international internet laws.

 

• La generación de este documento, incluyendo la marca de tiempo y la dirección IP del Usuario, constituye una autorización tácita y firma electrónica. Esta es legalmente vinculante bajo la Ley ESIGN y las leyes de internet vigentes.
